Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your product for a similar one, please carefully read our return and refund policy below.

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • All clearance item sales are final, and exchange or returns are not accepted.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Worn, torn, soiled, altered or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • Dispatch note and invoice must be included.
  • The customer will pay all return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be made after inspection of the products.
  • If you want to exchange for another item similar to the one you have purchased, please indicate the collection and item number you want to change with.
  • If your return is approved, you will be refunded to the credit card that you have used for your purchase (or your original method of payment)the purchase amount minus any administrative costs. You will receive the credit within the time frame depending on your card issuer`s policy.
  • The customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs if the item is to be sent to a different address than the one in the order.
